Let’s face it: if you’re in D.C. you’ve come here to win or were born to excel whether your dream is atop Capitol Hill or hustling on U Street. So coming up with a handful of people who represent the DMV well was definitely a difficult task.
Still, the young men and women selected represent an important cross section of society. They are entrepreneurs, starting a business from a passion after locating a need or perhaps they’ve re-energized the city through sports, or have represented D.C. well outside the four quadrants.
We’re sure after you get to know them, you’ll be as proud of them as we are.
